Messages and consent
When you choose to receive our texts, messages may include replies to your real estate or Realtor recruitment inquiries, requested information, and follow-up on your request. If you separately opt into marketing texts, you may receive information about brokerage plans, training, events, properties, and opportunities for Realtors.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to request information, purchase services, or join the brokerage. Providing your phone number alone does not authorize texts. Our recruitment form offers separate, unchecked choices for informational and marketing messages. You may select either, both, or neither. We send texts only within the category you authorize.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Your mobile provider can explain the charges under your plan.
Cancel or get help
Reply STOP to a message from us to unsubscribe, or text STOP to 561-606-9125. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To enroll again, complete the consent process again. Reply HELP for assistance, email office@truewayrealty.com, or call 561-231-5735.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
