Simplify your closing process

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is in charge of the administrative tasks directly related to the purchase or sale of a property.

  • Organize and supervise all parties’ documents.
  • Review the purchase contract, counteroffers, and any modifications.
  • Provide updated information on the process to buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Schedule inspections and order insurance quotes if required.
  • Coordinate and assist in the closing process.

 

We work hand in hand with the Realtor to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly.

LISTING SIDE

  • We prepare the Listing and commission agreement, verifying that they are signed by the Realtor and the seller to start the transaction.
  • We list the property in the MLS.
  • We maintain contact with the title and loan company, in order to facilitate the Realtor’s process.
  • Deliver the executed purchase contract to all parties involved in the transaction.
  • We will prepare the offer and addendums necessary to initiate the transaction.
  • We follow up, schedule inspections and provide insurance quotes to ensure an effective closing.
  • We ensure that all parties involved receive the executed documents, avoiding setbacks in the transaction.
  • We guarantee that the times are met according to the contract deadlines.
